Hiking in Caroline Park…

We decided that Chomp is probably big enough for his Kelty Backpack now that he sits up so well.  So, today, we went on a little hike in Caroline Park.  

He LOVED, LOVED, LOVED it!  We are continually amazed at how much this kid loves being outside.  He giggled the whole time that we walked.  (We think that he liked the bouncy sensation of the backpack). 

 

This was a trial run for the snowshoeing that is to come this winter.  Speaking of which, where is El Nino already?!   Come on snow!!   You’re only there on the tippy tops of the mountains. 

We had a great time today!

Chomp and Momma took a lunch trip to the snow to visit Daddy today.  But, you will have to wait for those pictures ;)
