We've got....

Okay. I know that the blog readers will probably say that I'm being particular. However, in listening to my man Obama's press conference tonight, I could not help but notice the number of times that he used the phrase "We've got." We've got to be persistent. We've got to get our priorities straight. We've got to save AIG. We've got........ I mentioned this to my cute hubby and he said "He's just trying to get in touch with the average person." Well, that may be true, but really, can't the average person say "We have" or "We need"? As an average person, I think we can. Maybe that could be progress.

Obama, I love you man, but really you don't need to lose the "Harvard Review" to connect with "Main Street." They can go together.

You've got a great point there, my friend. You've got some constructive criticism for our well educated, intelligent President. You've got to hope he listens to it.

Tee hee hee...

But seriously. I agree. After eight years of, "Did he just say that? Is that even a real word?" I've got a desire for more Harvard and less main street. It's not like they're mutually exclusive.
