Well, Thanksgiving was super fun! We got to see lots of family and ate LOTS of good food. We also got our first baby gifts (mostly because Josh's mom and sister are silly, and couldn't handle not picking up a couple of "really cute" things).
To explain: Josh's sister's nickname is Chicken, hence all of the chick stuff. She wanted to make sure that the baby always remembers who she is. Josh's mom got the stuffed animal/blanket deal (Heather secretly really wanted one for the baby, so good work Grandma), and the Baby Einstein toy so the baby will be brilliant.
Some of the other grandparents are also already planning on buying a ton of other stuff that they mentioned while we visited with them. Thanks is advance (just remember not to go overboard)!
